This Privacy Policy explains how Conivo ("we", "us", "the app") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the app. By using Conivo you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

2. How We Use Your Information

3. How Your Information Is Shared

Conivo TV — Rules

Conivo TV is a live, random one-on-one video chat. These rules are strictly enforced — breaking any of them leads to a Conivo TV ban (temporary or permanent):

Any user can report another with one tap, and moderators may watch live streams to enforce these rules. Serious or illegal conduct results in a permanent ban and may be reported to law enforcement.

4. Permissions

You can change these permissions at any time in your device settings.

5. Your Choices & Controls

6. Data Retention & Security

We retain your data while your account is active. Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with access controls that restrict who can read it. Voice and video, including Conivo TV streams, are live and not stored — the only exception is a still image captured when a Conivo TV report is filed, which is stored securely and used solely for moderation. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

7. Children

Conivo is not directed to children. You must meet the minimum age required in your country (at least 13, or higher where applicable) to use the app. Conivo TV (random video chat) is restricted to users 16 and older.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.

9. Contact

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or your data, you can reach our support team in the app at Settings → Chat with Support Team. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
